In this section, I present selected projects in which I have been involved throughout my professional career. I would like to acknowledge and give full credit to my previous companies for the opportunity to be part of these projects, as well as to the team members and professionals I collaborated with.
The purpose of this section is to showcase my experience, technical skills, and capabilities as a Civil Engineer, highlighting my contributions to various projects across different scopes and disciplines.

North-South Commuter Railway - Depot
The North–South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Project aims to provide a seamless rail connection from Clark, Pampanga to Calamba, Laguna, integrating three major rail lines. The project includes a central depot responsible for train maintenance and dispatch operations and forms part of the Philippine government’s Build, Build, Build infrastructure program.
For this project, I worked as a Surveying Staff, responsible for conducting topographic surveys and leveling works, as well as gathering and processing survey data using MS Excel, CAD and Civil 3D.

KAL | Vista Mall Malolos
KAL, also known as “Kahit Ano Lang” (translated as “Whatever It Is”), is a retail store offering a variety of products sourced from different countries, including Japan and South Korea.
Role: I handled site inspections, plan reviews, cost estimation, scheduling, project monitoring, punchlisting, and final turnover, ensuring the project was delivered according to scope and quality standards.
No Name is a retail establishment specializing in Japanese products.
Role: I was responsible for overseeing the project from site inspection through final turnover, ensuring proper coordination, cost control, schedule adherence, and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Paper & Co. is a retail store offering school and office supplies, as well as a variety of party decorations.

Dear Joe | Vista Mall Malolos
Dear Joe Café serves flavorful coffee concoctions and fresh fruit drinks and is the first café in the Philippines to offer letter-writing with traditional snail mail services.

A café and bistro with decor inspired by the legendary band, The Beatles, and named after their song “When I’m Sixty-Four.”

Tea for Two | BGC, Taguig
Tea for Two (T42), located in BGC, Taguig, was converted from a former Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf space into a cozy coffee shop inside the Brittany Hotel BGC.
Role: Oversaw the project from site inspection to final turnover, including plan reviews, cost estimation, scheduling, punchlisting, and ensuring quality standards throughout execution.

For the Road - BGC, Taguig
For The Road is a coffee and bar space designed for quiet evenings and intimate gatherings, located at the lobby of Brittany Hotel BGC. The space features ambient interiors and thoughtfully curated beverages, providing a relaxing environment for guests to unwind after work.
